AFTER-SALES SERVICE

We hace a technical after-sales service who repares all type of machines. We repair the breakdowns produced in electric power-tools or combustion engines.
We advice the adequate handling of the machines bought at the store or any doubt about themselves by contacting us at phone number +34 964 25 70 80 or using our email infocosaor@cosaor.com.

HOW CAN I CHANGE A BROKEN PRODUCT OR SOLVE A MISTAKE?

You will have a 10 days since product reception to return it us. You will have to send an email to infocosaor@cosaor.com or call to the phone number +34 964257080 explaining devolution reasons. If the product is in bad consitions, we will pay transport costs.
Once received in our store the product in bad condiions or asked by mistake, and once we will confirm the failures, COSAOR will replace it, making a new delivery into the next 5 work days, unless we would not have stock. If we have to send from factory, we will tell you the delivery time.

RETURN AND CANCELLATIONS

We will not accept any damaged item, without original packing or wrongly handled
You will have o include the invoice number when you return any product.
How to return a product:
If you are not satisfied with the product when you receive it, you can return it to us into 10 work days since you receive it, sending an email to infocosaor@cosaor.com or a fax to the +34 964256810 number, explaining your invoice number and return causes.
Transport cost will be paid by the customer.
Cosaor will refund the paid amount once received the product into perfect conditions and in its original packing.
How to cancel the order.
It will have to be done before we send the delivery. We will refund the amount paid with free cost for the customer.

WHICH IS THE DELIVERY SYSTEM AND DELIVERY TIME?

Cosaor reserves the Right to modifythe delivery system and transport company apart from all explained before always this decission will not damage our customers interests.
Exactly delivery time will be confirmated using phone or email. It will depend of available stock,the place and the type of delivery chosen, either urgent or blue box.
If the product is 20 kg or less, we will send it using correos -blue box- The delivery time is more or less :
Peninsula, Balearic, Ceuta and Melilla: From 3 to 5 work days
– Canary Islands: 8 work days
The price is between 6.5 € and 15.50 €.
If you prefer urgent delivery, delivery time is 24 or 48 hours once you will have paid the order.Tell us where you will have to send it and we will tell you the price.

We offer our customers different payment systems. You can choose the more you like.
PayPal
PayPal is a company that provides a sure payment system using internet. This system is wide known. It is not necessary to be a PayPal user to pay using this system. If you are not a PayPal user, it allows you to pay using your credit card. PayPal web place is sure (https) and your credit card data are codified transferred
Bank transfer:
You can pay using bank transfer to a bank account which holder is COSAOR SL, with CIF b12075255. We will give you the account number if you choose this system. The time required to verify the bank transfer is about 2 or 3 work days. It the bank transfer have not been done into 10 work days, we will cancel your order. In the bank transfer concept you must write the order number we will tell you before.

You will find used machinery offers from our rental stock, which either have been replaced by other modern equipment or they are overstock . They are always revised equipment and in perfect state of maintenance
